Sprezza is a Roman Restaurant and Tavern created by Julian Barsotti, Chris, DJ and Martin Donohoe.
The restaurant pays homage to the bustling and energetic Eternal City. Our food draws inspiration from the bold, diverse and comforting cooking of modern Rome, as well as old traditions that date back thousands of years. Our focus is flour and water, and our specialties are Pizza al Taglio, handmade and bronze die extruded pastas. You can expect classics like carbonara, cacio e pepe and Amatriciana executed with sprezzatura. And personal interpretations of Roman cuisine- Inspired by taste memory, the bounties of the 4 seasons and our community and culture. Our craft cocktail program has a focused emphasis on Italian spirits and our wine list is composed of only Southern Italian winemakers. “Tutte le strade portano a Roma.”
